- Critical Illness Cancer Only provides payment upon diagnosis of cancer.
- Critical Illness Without Cancer provides payment upon diagnosis of heart attack, stroke or end-stage renal failure.
- Critical Illness With Cancer provides payment upon diagnosis of cancer, heart attack, stroke or end-stage renal failure.
STEP 2: CHOOSE FROM TWO BENEFIT OPTIONS
- Base Option offers you a lump-sum benefit payment of $10,000 to $70,000.
- Option With Endorsement offers you a lump-sum payment of $10,000 to $70,000—plus additional indemnity benefits to help provide extra security if you’re treated for a covered critical illness.
